Need hairstyle pictures--sort of a bob/layered look...?

I'll try and describe it and see if anyone can help me find better pictures than what I've seen. I have long brown hair, and I see this haircut on 'normal' girls not celebrities. It's sort of a medium length, right above or below shoulder length, and it's like a slightly layered bob look. Some girls look like they have bangs and they can clip it right in front with a little clip on top.





Also, I want to change the color a bit but not sure how to describe it to the stylist. What is the type of coloring where it's just a little here and there? Is that frosting? I like the medium brown color with little bits of light brown here and there, very natural looking.
