with the shape of your face I would recommend keeping it long or past your chin and the shortest would be just resting on top of your shoulders. Ask for some bangs but not the straight kind. It should be the bangs that slants so that if you ever feel like giving your hair some body then you can just put mousse on the bangs and on the tips of your hair. Is your hair naturally curly? If it is then you can cut it just as short as i told you and then use a hair dryer with a big roller brush when you are drying it. don't completely dry your hair. When it is still a little damp then you can use mousse or any type of soft hold gel. Hope this helps.
wow you have very full and healthy hair, i think you shoud get it layerd and but have side bangs ,also you should like stragighten your hair then curl it so their big curls and then leave the side bang like not curled it will look super cute
I think a shoulder length cut would look good on you. You can use a curling iron to get volume or you can just scrunch your hair for a wavy look.
