I am 14, blonde/light brown, blue eyes, and tan skin. (my hair is to my shoulders right now so other suggestions for short hair is great!

Depends on your hair type. If you naturally have curly hair you should go with the second one. But if your hair doesn't curl like that, go with the first one and straighten it.





Personally though, I like the second one. It's more spunky. :)

go with the first one, the great thing about it is that it goes well with almost any type of clothing. The second one however requires too much.
